Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Stellar Lift account and any related personal data associated with supported account-based features.

How to request deletion

Send an email to: office@antczak.co.uk

Suggested subject: Account deletion request

Include the following in your message:

  • The app name, for example Stellar Lift – Training Tracker.
  • The email address used to create or log into the account.
  • Optional extra identifying information shown in the app settings, if available.

What may be deleted

After we verify your request, we may delete, where applicable:

  • Account identifiers such as your login email.
  • Synced app data linked to your account, for example workout history, routines, or settings stored on our systems.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. If anything is retained, it will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Timeframe

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

Local-only data

If an app stores data only on your device, you may also be able to remove that data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in Android settings.

If you are unsure whether your data is stored only locally or linked to an account, include the app name in your email and we will review the request accordingly.
