Request Account Deletion

Use the instructions below to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Send an email to: office@antczak.co.uk

Subject: Account deletion request

Include in the message:

The app name (e.g., Stellar Lift – Training Tracker)
The email address used to create/log into the account
Optional: any extra identifier shown in the app settings (if available)

What will be deleted

After we verify your request, we will delete (where applicable):

Account identifiers (such as your login email)
Synced app data linked to your account (e.g., workout history, routines, settings stored on our systems)

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, records needed to comply with tax/accounting obligations if purchases exist). If we retain anything, we keep it only as long as necessary.

Timeframe

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

Local-only data

If an app stores data only on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in Android settings.
